SSTA Senior Manager’s Seminar 2017, Friday 12 May 2017 at the Stirling Court Hotel, 9.30 -3.30pm.
This training is recommended for all H & S reps and all senior managers (HTS, DHTS) and all those embarked on the “Into headship” qualification or who have aspirations to be senior managers.
The primary focus of the joint morning session will be on dealing with stress/managing in the workplace while for senior managers will deal with the management of under-performance and the management of violent incidents. The draft Agenda for the day below.
