This is the time of year when Working Time Agreements (WTA) for 2024-2025 are being processed and an effective WTA is an important tool in managing teacher workload through the 35- hour working week. Schools should be reviewing the current WTA, looking at the calendar of events for next session and the demands of the School Improvement Plan. Remember the WTA is an agreement between the teaching staff and the management of the school.
