Absence management procedures are intended to support teachers returning work after a period of absence. However, should absence management procedures not be conducted correctly and with understanding it can cause teachers anxiety and can lead a high level of stress. This online seminar will give clear guidance on the procedure and is primarily intended for SSTA school representatives. However, members who are considering becoming a school representative or would like to learn more will be welcome to attend.
