SNCT Job Sizing Toolkit Changes – Online Briefing
The SNCT Job Sizing Review changes are due to be implemented on 1 April 2026. These changes will have implications for members in management roles within faculties, as well as those in guidance and pastoral support roles.
To support members in understanding the implications of these changes, the SSTA has arranged an online briefing for members on Wednesday 11 March at 4.30 pm.
The briefing will address:
- The impact of faculty structures and department mergers on job sizing
- Workload and caseload pressures associated with guidance and pastoral support roles
