Pay Agreement August 2025 to July 2027
The agreed two-year deal covers the period from 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2027 and includes the following increases:
- A 4% uplift from 1 August 2025 on all SNCT pay points, rising to 4.25% from 1 April 2026 (an additional 0.25%).
- A 3.25% uplift from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027 on all SNCT pay points.

Pay Agreement August 2024
The SNCT has reached agreement on pay from 1 August 2024 for teachers and associated professionals.
Agreement has been reached to accept the pay offer as laid out in the letter from COSLA to the teachers panel on 2 September 2024:
- That an undifferentiated 4.27% uplift at all points in the SNCT pay scales will be
effective from 1st August 2024. - That the pay agreement covers the period 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2025.
