HARASSMENT IN SCHOOLS CONDEMNED  Harassment within Scottish Secondary Schools is on the increase says the Scottish Secondary Teachers' Association. “Harassment cases show the biggest upward trend among problems likely to be faced by Scottish secondary teachers.
