The Association is offering a training session on developing members’ effective meeting skills. This is anticipated to be helpful for School Representatives, District Secretaries, Conveners, and anyone else who is required to chair meetings of Association members. It is also open to any other member wishing to understand how to make meetings more effective. The session will look at the skills involved in running meetings which are focused, productive, and inclusive. We will discuss engagement, time management, and the value of clear outcomes.
